you have to stop giving a fuck about any worldly things, as long as you still want something from this world, you'll have opinions and preferences and frustrations, you won't be able to just be pure love and compassion
basically you'd have to become like an avatar that only resides here still to spread empathy no matter what, you can't have any desire for anything be it belonging, romance, love, possessions, comfort, pleasure
