How long does it actually take to find a job? I got fired from my last job like 2 months ago. I was a trainee but had I done things better I could've kept my job. I took a 2 and a half months break and I'm now searching for a job . I'ts been 3 weeks so far and I've gotten 2 interviews so far and I've been rejected in both. Job interviews are just awful to me. I'm as introverted as you can be. Its not a natural talent for me and my job requires it so. Even if I try hard there are people that just do it better. I'm working on certifications and practising interviews but I'm terrified of never finding a job.

>>34507052>I took a 2 and a half months breakGG my guy. It's over. Enjoy being homeless.
>>34507069Im kind of a neet right now. since parents pay for everything but I don't want that to be forever
>>34507052A connection will help the process.
>>34507111I don't have friends
>>34507052Never. Or like 6 years. I left my job before the pandemic and never got hired again till I got hired to take care of the elderly last year.
>>34507052The average job hunt takes 6-9 months, more in overloaded fields
>>34507136Rookie mistake, anon. You gotta take advantage of other people.
>>34508498Damn, are you serious?
>got fired>took a breakgg, you played yourselfthe trick to finding a job is looking for one while you're employed. stupid, but it is what it is. your desirability as a potential employee goes x100 if you're currently working
>>34509901NTA, but yup. Especially for anything that’s white collar and pays well. >job req gets posted>is a 3 month process to on board somebody. Always be interviewing and applying for jobs, even if you have one and you don’t want to get a new one. You need to get yourself out there and make connections and practice the process. It’s gay as fuck and total corpo bullshit but it is what it is.
