So I have a massively big fucking headache right now. But, something I'm doing seems to reduce the pain significantly somehow.I'm basically massaging the back of my head, where the tip of my spine enters my skull. Right above the neck. That soft fleshy bit between the ears.Why the fuck does that seem to help?

It's different from my usual migranes and I find myself dreading them even more.Heat and a neck rub are your best bet, but naproxen and a nap is a close 2nd. My wife swears by fries and a coke from mcdonalds as a headache cure-all, after trying it a few times I'm a believer.
