My dad is basically the perfect guy. Knows everything about everything, has excellent social skills, has a healthy lifestyle, etc. Meanwhile I'm an autistic mess with a whole bunch of issues. I've started to hate my dad out of sheer jealousy. What should I do?

start building a life which your dad is a smaller & smaller part of until he stops entering your mind so much

if you don't do this, you might just continue to become more resentful until it comes to a head
