How do i find a hobby/interest when everything bores me?

Yeah you are depressed I found when I want to unalive myself that doing things with delicate details like drawing or sewing by hand or do clay figurines I love those help , I read that if you keep the fine motor skills doing something tedious but rewarding can relax the nervous sistem enough to be able even to reduce pain I can confirm that and helps with the morale too
