>>34517207What career?

>>34517208Landscape architecture... I'm 25, spent too much time drinking alone in the dark. My rich grandma, left me 9k for school. It was given to me when she passed away recently. So, I have her 9k in my savings account. The degree probably takes like 5-7 years, I just don't know if I have the time.. and definitely don't have the funds. So I'm settling, and going to take a 20 week course on Auto CAD Drafting... Which idk if I can even get a job with..It's over...
>>34517240>>34517207Can't your folks help you out?
>>34517258Folks are letting me live with them rent free, that's pretty much all the help they're lending me, currently working part time, sat/sun
>>34517264Maybe they can agree to help you if you make it clear you're serious about it. Architecture usually only takes about 5 years, no? If you use both the money you have saved, the money from your job, and theirs, it might be possible to study and not have it be too heavy for them, depending in their financial situation.
>>34517272They won't let me stay with them that long, they dont want a 30 year old still living with them, and they might give me like 1k if I truly needed it, but school probably takes like 40k
