So my urine looks like pic related for a year and I saw a video on twitter saying this is caused by fucked kidneys. I called to get a doctor appointment but because I'm in Canada, it will take a while until I can see one, and then the one i see will send me run tests which will take even longer.
In a attempt to not fuck my kidneys harder than they are, I'd like to switch to a safe diet. I read online that you have to avoid salt, potassium and phosporus... but literally everything has those. So what can I eat? I'd like ideas for every meal

>What’s wrong with that piss?
if it's like soap bubbles when you pee you should see a doctor

lol that's not true at all

I think what you're talking about is proteinuria. Good thing you're seeing a doctor, but it is a longterm condition and I think you'll be fine doing whatever until the appointment

That’s what they want you to believe.

ok this is not medical advice
did you taste your urine? not in the beginning and not in the end but in middle of urinating? whats the taste? was it metallic, normal salty, sweet, bitter? sour? the color? always that gold/brown yellow? if it tastes sweet or metallic/blood i have bad news for you. tasting ones urine is perfectly fine and was/is standard procedure in the middle ages and in some places still is. its a simple quick cheap test oneself can do. (i do it myself too because i have kidney problems too)

if its gon take longer for a meeting
you should keep the load as easy on ur kidneys as possible so absolutely NO
>alcohol
>sodas, colas, lemonades, energy drinks, the whole shebang
at all
instead you should ONLY drink (mineral) water and special kidney/bladder tea without ANY sugar for at least a few months. if you really cant take the taste, you can add a small tea spoon of RAW organic honey.
that special tea can be bought at pharmacy. (birch leave tea for example)
>avoid salt, potassium and phosporus
nah. just decrease your natrium/salt intake a little.
again this is not medical advice

There's a difference between bubbles and foam when you pee
Every single person will make bubbles when peeing, what you have to pay attention is:

>are there large/medium/small bubbles, no matter the amount, or has an actual foam formed?
Even a large amount of bubbles is fine, this is not distilled water, it's piss in an unclean toilet. It should not be like a soapy foam.
>don't flush, how long does it take for the bubbles to disappear?
Less than a minute is good, 1-2 min is concerning (go get checked), more than 2 is trouble (go get checked asap)
>after flushing, do bubbles/foam come back?
Again, very few bubbles is fine, but there should not be too many bubbles or any foam there

Steak-and-kidney pie

Lol, buy a dipstix and see for yourself
Ofc go to a doctor
For me (I have medical education) its not proteinuria at all, so relax bro.
