I am 23 years old, I have 13 GCSE grades (B/Cs), I self-funded two college diplomas (basically harassed out of college so did it online), and have worked since I was a 10 year old kid. The job market is so bad, I can only manage to get part-time work, and it's all minimum wage. I can't even work two part-time jobs since they want you to be fully available to work an 8 hour contract. I have been rejected from retail, cleaning, laundrettes even though I worked all of these jobs as a kid. Currently I work as a housekeeper in a hotel and do manual labour on the side. What do you do? I was thinking of getting a COMPTIA+ qualification, since even if AI takes over code then surely they still need people to build computers right? Is it over?

NEET currently. I'd rather be dead than work full time, no idea how normies do it

If I could afford to NEET I would, but it just isn't viable. I even tried an apprenticeship but the company flunked and they're extremely difficult to come across much like internships/trainee positions.

Job market in britbongland is certifiably cooked man. I quit my shitty minimum wage blatantly exploitative CS job 6 months back, immediately felt how awful the job market is when looking for employment again. I actually moved out of the major city I lived in and moved back to my home town, and got a job nearly immediately - mind you the hours are extremely shitty and no where near enough to sustain my life. I'm currently at uni doing a creative course which actually seems to be a good Strat since traditional jobs are haemorrhaging here, but atm I'm close to dropping out due to failing.

find a retail job, bounce around homeless shelters or live in your car, work on COMPTIA and make projects in your spare time, start emailing volunteer orgs or non-profits if you can help with anything
