I broke my scaphoid 2 weeks ago and have been in this cast for the last 6 days. I’ll be in this cast for another 4 weeks followed by another 6 weeks at minimum in the below elbow version of this cast. It’s hot and it’s itching like crazy and I can’t sleep right now. How can I get through another 2.5 months of this?
