What the fuck is up with this guy? Is he another grifter? Another self-help guru tard?

I've been seeing more of this guy's videos.

Surrogate daddy channels are all the rage just now.
If saying uncontroversial self-improvement tropes to a camera with a view to giving hopium to disaffected viewers is grifting, then aye probably.
Guessing this one has a BetterHelp sponsorship?

If anyone on the internet makes money from talking about current events, you should turn 360 degrees and walk away.

Care to elaborate some more?

I don't really pay attention to any of them, I just see them on algorithmn.

The guy has a financial incentive to keep making this kind of content, which probably makes him a grifter by any objective sense of the word. Saying that, I don't disagree with any of the points he's made in the videos I have seen. It's pretty milquetoast stuff - get off the screen and touch grass, form real human connections, watch less porn etc.
My reference to betterhelp was black humour - I note that platform tends to deliberately target its advertising to the type of person that constitutes that channel's target market.
Again, probably not morally egregious in its own terms, but when someone is paid to say inspirational and motivational things I am disinclined to heed their advice.
I also take the popularity of this type of channel as further evidence of societal decline - a number of men have always had to grow up without a good male role model, but the sheer popularity of these channels and the opposite end of the spectrum in Tate and his groupies speak to me of a dadless generation.

Mhm. He does make some fair points.

Another good looking normie telling us all to pull ourselves up by our bootstraps. Totally new stuff.

I hate it when grown men use anxiety as an excuse.
