She fully admitted that she's abusive and apologized and took everything back after I confronted her, but whenever she has a really shitty day, there's a chance she'll just erupt and blame me for everything that's gone wrong in her life because she can't erupt at anyone else and essentially has no power in her life.

She got better for a few weeks, said she'd try to regulate herself better, then started again a few days ago. Prior to that, she was more calm and would just get mildly annoyed but wouldn't yell or insult.

Tell her to find a different way to deal with her emotions.
