What this anon said. The greenish part is the oxidized adipose (fat) tissue of the hypodermis, a layer of your skin. It's doing its job, insulating the inner tissues from damage.

Looks pretty normal for a burn. Keep an eye on it though, if it doesn't start healing or looks worse, you should head to an urgent care.
