That's been my days.I get home too tired to do anything except lay around in bed. I don't even fall asleep until like 11PMI've tried afternoon coffee but all that does is keep me awake further into the night (but I can't get out of bed)Even if I drag myself out of bed.. I'm just so tired. So tired.idk what to do. I feel my life slipping past wasted in that fucking building.
>>34528911what u gonna do? hope yr ok
>>34528911You need to do physical activity to get energy. I know it sounds counterintuitive but trust me. Also maybe try knocking off the coffee. Eat healthy/get good sleep/exercise and you will feel better.
>>34528911do you get enough food with various nutrients? do you have any other health related symptoms? if the work is making you tired, do you think it will change at any point?
>>34529116after work? lots of stuff I want to learn, projects I'm working onI just don't have the energy or time to do it.I took a day off and made some decent progress last weekend on a piece but haven't managed to touch it since. I've only got like 4 days off left for the year.>>34529145I've started exercising ~3months ago.. It hasn't helped much.Today was a gym day actually and I'm feeling particularly drained.>coffeeI like coffee, but it's rare for me to drink it (makes me jittery). I was trying out drinking coffee at noon to get some energy at home but it hasn't helped.>>34529163>do you have any other health related symptoms? I've had stomach problems for >3yrs now but I've learned to manage it.>do you think it will change at any point?Honestly, I don't think so. I've been looking at my seniors at my job, and they're still worked to the bone and ground up.I'm not rich enough to have the luxury to quit and be jobless
>>34529194what job do u have/what do u want? are u m/f? how old are u (can be roughly)? knowing that might help with adviceeg can u work from home? can u apply for other jobs while u do this one? what kind of gym do u do? how are ur hormones? do u have friends? etc etc
>>34529194only if u wanna share ofc
>>34529203almost 30, MWork in energy production as a specialistEnergy is semi-public here herthere's just one company, and WFH isn't an option in this career.>what kind of gym do u do?leg press and cardio mostly. I also do pullups.>friendsI had a few but honestly I felt nothing when I was around them. Maybe if I had more free time I'd value them more but desu I just want to get home and work on my stuff.I'd maybe see them ~2 times a year
