A few people including me got let go recently, until I find a new job what's a way to make some money on the side? Not expecting anything that would replace real employment, but would prefer ideas that let me make money from home like surveys or something.
>>34531305When I was between jobs I delivered food for my mate that owns a Chinese takeaway. No Just Eat, so no car insurance shite or income tax nonsense required, just cash in hand. Did the same for my local motor factors for a while delivering car parts to mechanics. If you have a car and know anyone that operates a company that does same day delivery, that's always been my fallback.Money was never great, but the pay was daily so I never felt broke. To be honest if my family weren't ashamed of it I'd probably have kept doing it. Similar money as my wage cage for half the hours, and it was just driving around waving at people. Unironically loved it
Get on unemployment ASAP and enjoy the neet life.
>>34531313Damn I wish I could, can't drive for awhile since my car needs repairs. I used to do ubereats for awhile too and that sounds like a better deal.
>>34531313This, I see openings all the time for delivery jobs and often times they supply the vehicle. Hell I work a delivery job now and it's been keeping me fed for 8 months, the only reason I'm looking to leave is cause I want a solid job with more pay and the boss is kinda a moron, but the job overall is very chill. Often times my route is done within the first 3hrs of my shift and I'm just chilling/doing errands for the rest of the day while getting paid.
