Why does my stomach constantly feel like it's distended when I lie down? It feels like it's constantly pushing out under my ribcage and it's really fucking uncomfortable and stops me sleeping. I don't know if it's a liver issue or back scoliosis or what, because I seem to have back issues from jacking off when lying down, and my arm isn't long enough so I hoist my right hip up and curve my right shoulder down to fap, but when I straighten back up it feels like my guts is pushing so hard into my ribcage. It's truly fucked and I'm too embarrassed to tell a physio that I've developed this weird sensation by essentially improper form when jacking off for years. It might not even be that either. It's only mildly painful but incredibly uncomfortable. I just want it to fuck off so I can stop being tormented every minute of my fucking life even when I'm at rest
>>
Is it more on one side of the stomach or the other ? Or all the way across evenly?

It used to only be on the right side under the ribcage but now it's slightly on the left side as well. Truly horrible sensation

Just say you tried to do some jiu jitsu techniques with a buddy and now it hurts. Not a doctor but it sounds to me like some kind of hernia
>>
Moving furniture, yard work, jiu jitsu. Take your pic but all could cause injury like what you're describing without being an embarrassing admission.
