Cut a long story short this establishment doesn't pay their staff and everyone who worked there is still owed months worth wages, after it kept happening the owner stopped giving people shifts and keeps giving empty promises of giving the money. What can be done to make their lifes miserable. also would be such a shame if everyone could give them a 1* review on google...

He started the business mind you, would you be able to start your own? Some government offices here don't pay jackshit for 6 months but they end up paying in the end. Besides, I haven't worked in the last 5 years and everything's fine because I got savings and a little passive income from long term deposits. Where's yours bro? Just get another job if you hate this one, if you're actually valuable you will find no trouble getting people to hire you.
