From my experience exercise increases energy, not mood. In the Fall/Winter I would run uphill every night for 40 minutes and still feel despair as I walked home, still cry half the days of the week, and still seriously consider suicide every day.
>>34533323>energy>moodThere's no difference
That's gay.
>>34533323It's not easy but you will get there. You have to do whims, they are the proof your life is truly yours. Go for a drive at night, or run as far as you will it.
>>34533323Anon, why do you have this image saved on your computer?
>>34533323In my case exercise changes my mood, when I sit on my ass and do nothing I'm depressed as fuck and want to kill myself, after lifting I'm angry as fuck and want to die in a fight smashing face of every motherfucker on my way. Funny how that works but in the end yeah I'm stil depressedl sad sack of shit
What do you guys do to increase your mood? Any supplement I can take?I don't want to kill myself or anything like that but I do not feel like life is great. It is tiring and it just feels like a chore. I don't have looks, money, or status l. People constantly make fun of me and see me as weird.

>>34534185For me it was a gut health thing, I felt like shit almost every day for the last couple years and found out a couple months ago I simply had developed an intolerance for oats, which used to be my daily breakfast
>>34534185Go for a drive far away then get lunch at some new place and eat there by yourself. Then walk around a bit and look at stuff. A new environment and exploring always makes me feel nice.
