I've massively overshot every single goal I was given in my last evaluation. I think they can tell I'm looking for something new and are afraid I'll leave. I'm objectively the best guy in my field who is employed with them. I've gray-rocked their micromanaging and made them look like assholes to other high-level people in my company. How do I work this to my advantage?

Apply for other jobs? Ask for a raise?

Already did/doing both.
I was told a raise or position change was contingent on me meeting all of the goals I've overshot over the last year. Part of the problem was not having clear direction, but I started acting like I'm my own manager and doing what I thought was best as most of their "advice" is useless.
I'm just waiting on the right interview/call.

I get a strong sense that they're trying to figure out some way to placate me.

Fuck bosses and fuck management. They are exploitative assfucks who get aroused when they see children. Predators to the very end.

I bet they are trying to find a reason to axe you, nothing irritates a petty corporate middle manager more than indifference to their power plays. Just find those that respect you and get a job lined up so you have references.

I'm in a similar situation, though the mismanagement at a higher level has seen me reach the point of burnout due to their constant moving of goalposts and assigning meaningless busywork in order to justify their positions.
Case in point, they're currently trying to roll out daily call reporting across the entire group- literally filling out a spreadsgeet with every single phone call made and the purpose thereof.
I've spent the last year and a half running my own show and am the clear leader in sales growth for my product line.

Looking for how you effectively grey-rocked your own manager's incompetence OP, I am currently in a situation where a promotional campaign I was working on was taken to higher management, out if my hands, completely ruined and returned to me as something that will constitute a full-time job and make me look like a retard-- not to spite me, just that the cunt responsible desperately wants to avoid actually working and has taken it upon herself to act as the self-appointed director of the department despite having completely fucked it up the first time she had a shot. The fallout from her incompetence lasted over a year while she was on maternity leave, now she's back supposedly in the same role as me rather than management, but has immediately started hiding behind spreadsheets and making extremely shit decisions that will see our growth fall behind again.
Yes she fucked her way into her current position.

Can you elaborate? I have the opportunity to move into a very similar role offering much higher pay BUT it is state-wide with no office, meaning I'd effectively be living away from home which I would have no issue with aside from the fact that I'd have to give the 3 kittens that showed up under my house last year away.

Go over their heads to higher management to apply for their jobs or some job at their management level
