>>34538774>how to studyYou can use spaced repitition to brute-force memorize information. Look up a flashcard program like Anki. Also, practice explaining new concepts in your own words, or as if you were explaining them to someone who knew nothing about them.>How to make friendsFind people doing something on campus that you think is interesting/enjoyable and ask if you can join. If you see a poster/flyer, use them. Join a club and interact with the people there (usually around the shared interest).>How to be healthyUse a TDEE calculator to see how many calories you should consume per day. If you just want to eyeball it, then at least track your weight over time to be vaguely consistent. Eat more if you want to gain mass, eat the same amount to maintain mass, or less if you want to lose mass.Ideally, you should exercise. This can take the form of cardio (stuff like walking, running, swimming, biking, or hiking), resistance training (weightlifting or calisthenics), or a little bit of both. Resistance training, fwiw, can be done in many ways, but as long as you train every muscle in the body to failure (at least once per week) you'll improve.Regardless of what exercise you do, do not make yourself a slave to yourself. Experiment with different types of movement and find something that you enjoy. Personally, after having tried literally everything mentioned here, I love stair machines and weightlifting the most. The subpar, mediocre exercise you do is always better than the perfect, hyper-optimized exercise you don't do.>What is time managementSet a specific time for you to do each thing in the day that you need to do. If you have class, try walking the route you plan to take the day before and timing it. Then use that to know how long it'll take to go there on the day of the class.>any advice to not kmsFind something worth living for. Dont rely on negative ideas (eg. "So my friends aren't sad") but positive ones (eg: "So I can experience love one day").
>>34538774>how to study?Spaced repetition and practice.>How to make friends?Don't be timid, it's going to be the death of your social life if you are. Approach people, talk to them, try not being inconvenient, improper or a total Chud, pls.>How to be healthy? You are what you eat, try eating lots of meat and fruits, drinking water, exercising.>>34538774>thriveFind internships, make the maximum amount of female friends you can, and try getting a girlfriend, after university the chances of meeting women are very slim.
