How do i not rage when playing league?>inb4 shit game quiti tried multiple times, it's the only game i actually find somewhat fun. 95% of time anything bad happens, i can't control myself and get insanely angry. I threw and broke like 4 cups, i bang my desk, i bang my head against the door, i kicked in my wardrobe so hard i had to get rid of it, and i generally drop 100 slurs per minute. Other stuff in life also makes me angry, but not to this extent and so often. I wanna spend some time playing the game but this shit is genuinely unhealthy for me. Is there any hope for me? I've been playing for like 5 years, and always been more or less emotional, but only like last year i started completely losing my shit whenever i fail. I barely even play ranked, and i don't really care about winning/losing games, i just care about having fun winning over my enemies and having a lot of kills and do a lot of damage. I know it's just a dumb game and i'm supposed to play to enjoy it but its becoming harder and harder

Remind yourself constantly that you aren't the best player, that there will always be others better than you, and that even if you were the best at one point your time in the sun can only be temporary. Expect loss as readily as you expect victory, and you won't be caught off guard.
