wanna get A job in IT im in my last term of my certificate 4 (i live in AUS) and imm confident i have all the required skills to do an entry level IT job specifically help desk customer support stuff im intermedient in python html C# Java and Java Script ive passed all my ethics and other related subjects im just sick of washing dishes and getting treated like shit how do i padd my resume to actually land a job ive done a cert 3 in multimedia which had IT units in it do i just include the units ive completed? please help a newfag out dont be too hard on me lol

HD and code are two different jobs. Figure out which one you are going for. Networking certs help with HD sometimes.

I have a bachelors in Info Systems with no other certs, been working as a LAN technician for close to a year now. When I graduated school 3 years ago I spent half a year straight applying to every tech related job and the only place that gave me a job was a casino repairing slots. I got good at that but the hours and work fucking sucked, I spent almost half a year applying to every single help desk job I could find before I was able to get one in the public sector. My advice is to apply everyday because it took me hundreds of applications, IMO you should apply for a new kitchen job as well in the meantime. Getting shat on and zoning out is a very important skill to have in any field. In IT when you get shat on at least its over your intelligence or skill.
