I have a weird small patch on the base of my benis. I noticed it when I was shaving a few months ago and thought I might have irritated something. But when I shaved again I noticed it was still there in the exact same spot. If I had to describe it it kind of looks like a scar (flat, lighter than the surrounding skin, sometimes pinkish) the size of a pencil eraser. Sometimes I see what looks like dry skin on top of it, which eventually flakes off. It doesn't itch or anything.
I am a virgin so I doubt it's an STD and it certainly doesn't look or act like herpes. Does anyone know what it could be? Some sort of wound that isn't healing?

But what does that have to do with it

ringworm

Treat it with an antifungal like Tinactin. It's likely ringworm (which isn't a worm) or similar fungas. No biggie.

I just had ringworm on my armpit so maybe I transferred it. Though it does look different compared to what I had there. I still have the prescription so I guess I'll give it a try and see if it does anything.
