Basically, the only thing that actually gives my life meaning is designing things. like rockets, like game engines, CPUs. any machinery that is complex.to me, this is life or art.but the issue is, I'm not capable enough to actually do these things. so I'm stuck doing... nothing with my life.
>>34546467The only reason why you have that fantasy in the first place is because it's something you can't do. It's out of reach, so it feels lofty, important and meaningful. In reality, though, it's not. If you were able to do it, you would see how mundane and irrelevant it actually is. Purpose comes from moral perfection and self mastery, not from gadgets and doodads. The happiest, wisest, most intelligent men in history all lived without technology.
