>>34547609Voice chats are awkward to me because there is no body language. People IRL have asked me if I am gay a lot because I tend to speak with my hands like a fiery Italian or something. I am serious, I tried doing VC in the past with native speakers and they made fun of my accent but in real life I can speak to EFL's in my country just fine. I feel like VC outside of video game communication is kind of cringe. Like I'll see people on Twitch with their cartoon avatars where the mouth moves when they speak and the conversations are always very awkward.
>>34549337You are being deliberately ignorant. I like talking to my friends on discord because I live alone and want to talk to somebody other than my coworkers. If u get off work and just sit on discord for 5 hours and spend 12 hours a day on the weekend doing that you are not physically, mentally, or socially improving yourself. Just look at how mentally unwell a majority of discord power users are lol.
