Yesterday when my son came home from school, he was crying and I asked him why and he said that on his way home he stopped at the library to which a kid he said was in either 7th or 8th grade(my son is in 7th grade) and when he got there he took a 3 minute break and a kid went up to him and asked if he was the one who took a shit on the floor, my son obviously wouldn't do that and then my son said that the kid slapped him across the face and when my son got home he explained the story and showed me that pieces of his teeth fell out because of the slap. what should I do?
>>34547617Immediately file a police report and confirm where it occurred and if there's cameras. Get a lawyer if you can afford one.
He fucking did it. Don't even waste your breath. If he says he didn't, he's lying. Put the annoying scumbag down.
>>34547617Have you ever slapped someone's teeth out anon?I suspect there's more to this story than your kid's telling you lolPolice at least where I am don't usually bother prosecuting fights between children unless lasting physical damage is done and there is completely incontrovertible evidence that one kid is innocent.I'd say if it happens again, it's time to start seeking consequences. If it's a one-off, hell, it's happened to us all.
