I've been a NEET for over 10 years. Long story short, had a complete mental breakdown and left school at 14, spent the next 10 years playing games or in bed feeling like shit every day. I am a 25-year-old man now and I have nothing to show for the life I have lived. Very little experiences, no qualifications, still living with my parents. I don't want to be like this anymore, but I also won't want to chase the cutthroat life of sigma male griding work for 12 hours a day. I just want to do something that feels meaningful and fulfilling, but I haven't found anything like that. I want to meet a nice woman and have a life with her. But... I'm fucked where I am. There are 16-year-olds out there with more experience with me. I know it's not over for me. I will pick myself up no matter how bleak it seems, but I just don't know where to start. Can anyone help me?

I'm from the UK. I'm hopeless for calls, too nervous to talk to strangers.

It seems OP is too much of a pussy to fall into your honeytrap

Step one is get a job, any job, and work it so you know what paid employment is like

Next is choosing some skills you'd like to have and practice them on your own time. I strongly recommend cooking, I bet your parents would appreciate that one too.

There is no advice for you, anon. You just have to go outside, live life, and learn from your mistakes.
Good luck.

you'll be surprised how fun wagie jobs like mcdonalds are
you get to socialize with other losers and teenage girls
literally getting some sort of restaurant job will break you free from social anxiety and give you money at the same time

I've dabbled in cooking over the years, so it's a possiblity. Are there any jobs in 2026 that accept someone with 0 qualifications? Don't even have a school diploma to show

I could try mcdonalds. I want to break free from the social anxiety but I've been stuck this way for the past 14 years. I've lost over 30 lbs since January to try and get some self confidence, but I still have a lot more weight to lose.
