She comes up to my work desk regularly to talk to me, see how I am doing, talk about personal things. It got to the point where she started getting flirty with me and waits until other coworkers leave so she can discuss things more intimately. I am maybe interested in her but not quite sure? Initially, I get kind of excited about her coming up to me, but now it's kind of faded, and I am not sure if I should escalate. It kind of seems like she wants me to ask her out, and she told me to come up to her for restaurant recommendations --- I feel like she was hoping I would ask her out....There is always a slight chance that I could be misreading her intent, so I don't like the idea of risking creating a toxic workplace in the event that is the case, but I really doubt it is since she told me she's single, and her demeanor towards me indicates she likes me.
Don't shit where you eat. Unless you're 100% sure you want something with her, don't ask her out.
