By OCD i'm talking about seeing messages in randomness like the words that you hear on television or the videos that are reccomended, thinking that government CIA glowniggers are talking to you directly.

Therapy, alongside prozac. The drugs alone do not work. They merely make the cognitive behavioral therapy less painful. After a while, it moght be good to try a period of time without the drugs, but with the cbt to see if it's managable. The key is that you need to put in the work. Whether it's easier on or off the medication, you should figure out. For me, it seemed easier off the medication, but once I got he ball rolling, I got back on the medication and it hasn't stopped, so that's good. I assume you are having intrusive thoughts about glowniggwes talking to you directly, which necessitates a ritual to calm the accompanying anxiety.
