OP here, as far as I'm concerned (and I'm not too concerned) dad is mostly doing this alone and uses Excel-esque app specifically designed for restaurant to keep track of all costs and all proucts stored. We're supposed to profit from every dish we sell, but we cannot be too expensive, that beach town perfers cheaper cafes. I honetly ddon't know much, I just go there, serve dishes, make preparations and go home, but I heard that our Avocdo toast with poached eggs is like 7€, that must be only around double the production cost and from what I heard good price for a dish is supposed to be triple

It's not dumb to enrol in business online or just pirate the course work, you'll probably start out as a duty manager anyway where you don't actually need a degree. This 2x. I can relate to OP's story --- I had a great job here in Chicago. Dad suddenly dies. Family (mom and female siblings) all decided they want to relocate to florida. I have no friends or other family here, so I desperately look to make florida work on my end. I am unemployed for over 1 year in florida and threatened with homelessness unless I start paying the bill (little did I know they wanted me to come just for me to pay all the bills since my dad was out of the picture).

So I got cucked out of my good job, went through lengthy unemployment, practically disowned by the rest of my family. If I had just stayed in Chicago, I would be in a far better position. To be honest not really. The only thing related to writing I do is writing tips and tricks from Bookfox YT channel and write personal diary around 10 minutes a day. I let my mom read it sometimes, she says that I write really deep funny and sad. As I am writing this, a couple hours ago I let her read some more and it made her cry from how much it reminded her of her mistakes and all mistreatment from others to me she saw. Also I write down different ideas for my hypothetical books/short stories. I once wrote some text for one of those ideas, let my younger sister read it, she is quite cynical, bitey, likes anime and she sai she liked it and said I "write really well".
