No idea but it's not scars from cuts. The skin is in bad condition in some spots and the scars are kinda similar to those from pimples though I can't quite describe them, some spots look dark-bluish, other white-reddish. I don't know if I'm making any sense.

Too embarrassed but I don't think it's anything too bad because it doesn't hurt. The problem is only aesthetic. Also doctors in my case have not been helpful so I don't think this time will be any different.
