I feel like I didn’t completely get over sexual shame until this year. Before this year it’s as if I felt that my desire was something to be concealed because there’s something wrong about wanting to have sex with a girl. I’m not a rake though. I know you're expecting a cure, but a better answer is, why not worry about this women you missed out but instead just focus on the potentially good women out there who love the real you. 90% of those 3s you go on dates with, refuse to even give you a second date or IOIs

But you have no problem getting IGs and numbers of 6s through cold approach.
How do you convert this situation into a girlfriend?
I can't approah everyday, i'm mostkly limited to 1 new IG per week
and I've notied that that leads to around 1 date every other month
