31, laid off, not much work experience, useless degree, back living with parents, struggling with anxiety/stress/depression etc, poor diet, no exercise, physical health problems, never had female interaction, no friends.

Only thing going for me is solid finances with no debt.

I am going through the whole interview circus and its stressful and exhausting. If I'm not grinding at that, I'm consumed with porn.

I've failed to establish a life like the rest of my family and peers. They have it all.

I never understood why one would use the rope until these past few months. Like how do I even begin to fix this? Other than the obvious diet and exercise.

Hey everyone let's laugh at this idiot
>i literally must die when i don't have someone assigning tasks to me for 8 hours every day

Be easy on urself and start breaking your chores down into tiny tiny tiny doable tasks , your behavior reward system or whatever is probably fucked but u gotta be nice to urself and give urself the opportunity to succeed.
Blah blah blah idk m8 but in a similar boat this is kinda my strategy

I'd say spend 30 minutes realizing the significance of just that. All your friends, with all the things they have and do, have struggles of their own. Your parents probably have incurred debts from living their life that weigh on them. To live debt free is its own reward. Don't ask these people, but maybe your friend has a big truck. He probably financed that to fill a void and pays 700 USD a month for that truck.

It is for everybody, I am afraid. The economy is K-shaped, so companies are doing well, but the average joe is struggling due to shit like inflation. For those seeking a job, they are competing with others for a diminishing pool caused mostly by decreased attrition. Most people who have a job are clinging to them as hard as they can.

I would say porn is an escape for you, and not a good one. I would cut back to once every three days. Your releases with be more...shattering...and your focus will improve. Direct that energy into optimizing for the job search.

Comparing yourself to others only brings misery. No more. Focus on the self and what you achieve. Nobody else is watching you.

Goal Book would be my guess. Or you can download something like Obsidian or OneNote or Joplin. You outline your goals for 1 week, 2 weeks, one month, three months, six months, a year, 5 years. NO pressure, add as the ideas come to you. Then you just get more granular, so you make a page for each goal and outline steps you took for each goal and what you learned. The more you put in the better and more useful it is.
