The poor boy never hurt a soul, never got inside anyone's property nor did any ruckus at night. Yet the piece of shit neighbor who lives in front of me let her dog (clearly a fighting dog) out for a moment and the first thing it did was run in fron of my home and maul him to death. I was upstairs doing chores, i couldn't save him...That piece of shit refused to do anything when we asked her to move the aggresor dog somewhere else about half a year ago. So i kept asking cops and the fucking local ministry what could be done, i was told to wait since it's sunday, but even then it's "very unlikely they'd do anything" since there's not a clear law that protects animals from other animals in this shithole, i feel like shit. Rest in piece my friend, i'm so sorry.

On their property = cats are prey. Deal with it. They are a natural food source for dogs. It would be like bitching about a cat eating your outdoor rat.
