Those are bred pretty much exclusively for heavy farm work and have muscles on muscles on top of their muscles. Clydesdales and Shires are red herrings, sure they are taller and do farm work from time to time but are primarily bred for carriage driving. Many draft horses easily weigh over 800+ kg which means your 120 kg should be well within the 20 % rule. The 20 % is a somewhat disputed (in both directions) but it is a decent guideline.
