The judge heard the entire case, then retired to try to get out of giving a ruling, then was forced to give one and he said the state NRA group only proved AR-15s were in common use and thus exempt from the AWB and therefore the NRA would have to prove each and every gun on the list was in common use, which is fucking retarded and backwards. and the decision had like a stay or restraining order or something placed on it anyway so it's not even in effect
