I was once only a couple feet from a big male gorilla, with a nice couple inches of plexiglass between us. I noticed he didn't give a shit about me, and then I looked up at the top of the plexiglass which was easily in reach of him, and saw there was a long gap a foot and a half tall or so, covered with a single layer of fucking chicken wire. I moved away from him pretty quickly, and I hope that's my last experience with a gorilla.
