Bald "eagles" aren't even true eagles and are kinda dumb, but they look majestic af, so more people think they're cool. Check out @BenWoodruffFalconry on YT. He makes tons of cool vids on birb of pray and falconry writ large. It's genuinely fascinating stuff that has been practiced in the Old World for thousands of years, but was not known to be practiced in the New World at all, even though we know they kept them as pets.
