Cute.
Wish I could keep one of those literal blockheads.

So so cute. Omg. I would be the cutie pie.

Pet. Not be. I don't want to be a dog.

I've heard that a lot from owners (duh), but also from a couple of trainers.
Really makes me want one.
How long does a healthy one live for on average anyway?

8-12 years

How are they different from shitbulls? Serious question. They both have the same brachycephalic aggressive skull.
>>
>>5066836
They're smart, look pretty, don't bite hard (despite being able to), and are very restrained in their reactivity. You never have to worry about a rottweiler going awol randomly, you can fully read their emotional state (as long as you don't dock them).

Interesting, thanks.
>>
>>5066838
Oh, and what I said doesn't mean they can't be aggressive. But they give huge ample warning with steps up. If you respect all their warnings as a dog owner, they will use them extensively. Basically, you have to be asked to be attacked and bitten. And even then they nip, they never bite hard.

Rottweilers can be dangerous in the hands of a bad owner who just gets DA KOOL GANGSTA DAWG and doesn't know how to actually handle it, but if you know what you're doing you can actually train them properly. Meanwhile a shitbull is always going to be a ticking timebomb, bred to kill and bite and not let go under any circumstances, no matter how well trained there's always the chance of something setting them off and they go absolutely mental for no reason.

doberman v rottweiler
Not as a guard dog or anything, just as company.
I vote for Rotties.

Dobermans look majestic as fuck.
