I have a neighbor who is always complaining about my dog barking but I've been noting all the times my dog barks and it's only about once an hour, usually just a few barks and it's mostly inside my house. It's way below what the local laws say is too much barking and he almost never barks early in the morning or late at night. What can I do to get this dog hating faggot off my case?

i leave my gsd in the backyard for very long periods 3 times a week, i have to for reasons i will not divulge. somehow nobody complains, but she doesnt non stop bark.. there are tons of dogs in my little area so its not an uncommon sound. but yeah confront him, if your bravery stat is high enough. i would say... do you have no life, are you bored? i bet you are fun at retail stores etc. fun fact when you have high bravery and you confront a weakling, they cower like the rats they are. i enjoy evoking primal fear into them i love their squirming. if you give in once, it will keep escalating. if you give them a metaphorical slap on the face everytime they try its negative reinforcement and they will stop the behavior. i have trained dogs, and small children, and adults too. they are all very well behaved. make them fear you but not too much, just the tip if you will.
