Interesting
>The new findings contradict popular conceptions of feline predation. As Angus Chen notes for Scientific American, cats have such a widespread reputation as rodent killers that organizations ranging from Washington, D.C.’s Blue Collar Cats to Chicago’s Cats at Work regularly release feral felines in hopes of fighting urban rodent infestations.
Are americans retarded

Cats imitate the facial proportions and vocalizations of human infants. Women and homos will throw sanity to the wind to stop animal control from killing them. Animal instinct in action.

If anyone other than a gruff straight guy has beef with outdoor cats, be worried.

Yes, but there's a reason for the stereotype here. Cats are perfectly capable of killing small numbers of rodents in enclosed spaces like barns or basements and that's mainly what they were used for. We unfortunately saw this and got the idea that if one half feral cat can kill one rat in a lighthouse, then dumping a billion cats into every major city would perpetually control rodent populations without any need for intervention or a chance of unintended consequences. So again, yes, we're fucking stupid
