someone in my area is feeding ferals. their numbers seem to have multiplied by at least 3x since last year.there's shit all over my garden and i'm hearing fewer birds in the morning. had to clean up a kitten corpse recently.how can i track down whoever is doing this? it's a pretty densely built area so it's not straightforward to find out.
