What agricultural animals make the best house pet?
>>
humans
>>
>>5099004
None really, but dwarf pig if you really really wanted to, but you shouldn't really.
>>
>>5099004
Or rabbit I guess if you count them as livestock.
>>
>>5099004
Chickens
>>
>>5099004
Ducks.
>>
>>5099015
They shit all day. They also like to dig holes. Wouldn't ever keep one inside a house
>>
>>5099033
Chucks.
>>
>>5099060
Honestly I wouldnt either. The cable chewing thing sounds awful.
I thought you could potty train them sort of? I know you can with pigs.
>>
>>5099004
Sheep.
>>
>>5099071
They can but they'll always piss and shit a little elsewhere, often enough to never not be annoying too
>>
>>5099085
Pigs it is. I think the no control over shitting inside is a deal breaker for all ruminants and birds.
A pig is basically like a very hungry and strong 300lb dog. Both dogs and pigs have similar potential for home destruction, so it's kind of a moot point.
>>
I used to have a duck, he wore cloth diapers and shoes with a bit of grip to them (think water shoes) and lived inside.
>>
Utility pigeons.

Skill dependent.

Seconding. Cows are actually really lovely pets if raised specifically to be companion animals.

>companion
>(Genesis 2:18): God created Eve as a suitable helper or companion for Adam, indicating that humans are designed for partnership, not isolation.
Equally yoked never felt so...Even.

I....just made that up...but damn it was almost 100% accurate, just move the underscore and get rid of the numbers.

Shit eating to boot.

Birds are super easy to spot clean. Its just a wipe with a baby wipe and your done. No stain or smell. Pigs can be toilet trained but they will wreck shit as they instinctialy rummage for food.

Pig of average size.
>>
>>5099234
That thing's staring at my like another person would. Shit's uncanny.
>>
>>5099331
Don't look into the eyes of pigs about to be killed/butchered. It will turn you vegan. Their eyes are so human.
>>
>>5099004
Get one of those little jumping goats
>>
>>5099360
Why dont human eyes have this effect
>>
>>5099464
Because people arn't pigs. This a pig exclusive ability.
>>
>>5099023
Chickens aren't all that bright, but they;re pretty easy to live with indoors and out. On the opposite end of the scale when it comes to agricultural usefulness, I can't think of any species as useless and also benign as the insanely long-lived African Grey.
>>
the jew fears the indoor farmer
>>
>>5099464
most humans are hylics, not people
>>
>>5099004
Pigs are the only barnyard animals that can be housetrained and bred small enough to live in your home. They would be the best option unless you count herding dogs or barnyard cats as agricultural animals.
>>
>>5099724
Rabbits can do this as well.
>>
>>5099724
but they have thet weird corkscrew dick
>>
>>5099835
You wouldn't want a boar in the house. You'd probably want to castrate if your only option was a male pig, but just like dogs you need to wait or they'll get fucked up joints way too early.
