Because they are still pretty obscure and no complete skeletons have been found yet. You need a reasonable complete specimen and to prominently display a good restoration somewhere to really capture the public, unless the known features of the dinosaur are fucking weird. Also Gondwanan shit is naturally disadvantaged for popularity.
