I find it surreal that the natural baseline for male cats when untampered with his pic rel. Giant, orangutan flange like cheeks. It's like finding out that grass isn't naturally green but actually brown. But when you look at old art or early photos the vast majority of cats featured in them have big ass jowls, yet the typical image of a male cat today is the same as a female.
