Dogs and many other animals can associate words with meanings, so why wouldn't it understand?

the dog probably does understand the words associations but this account has the dog asking more philosophical questions...stuff like "bunny is human" or something or "what is dog" etc...so there's a good chance it is staged for views. because it's social media.

when it says "stranger - animal - outside" does it understand what its implying?
