What is your opinion on house sparrows? I don't remember seeing them here where I am. They're not native here, for sure, but they're still here supposedly as settler colonials.
They're cute. I once saw a pair have sex. No pics, sorry.

Both house sparrows and Eurasian starlings interestingly seem to be declining on their native continent despite being two of the worst avian invasives in North America. I haven't noticed a decline where I am.

They are non-native in my area and displace a lot of the local birds.They are cute, I must admit that I enjoy watching small armies of them hop out from under the shopping carts every winter at my local home improvement store.....but the native birds they fuck with are cute too so that's kind of a wash.
