The talent can be a combination of in ring work, promos, look and overall personality. It is not centered in one thing solely. You can be an exceptional promo but your look, ring work and personality do not make people draw attention to you. And you can have the opposite. You can be phenomal in ring and have a great look but your promos are cringey and or forgettable and your personality is that of a stale turd. Bad wrestlers are people that lack the ability to draw attention to what they are doing and who they are. You can be good attributes in areas and still be a bad wrestler. Good wrestlers are people who do the opposite. They may not excel in every attribute but the combination they possess gets them attention.
