Some fighters basically base their style on dirty tricks, like Jon Jones. I don't wanna discuss the ethics of this, or if it's effective etc.

I wanna discuss how they train that stuff. You can't arm crank and eye gouge your training partners all the time, after all. So do they just drill, or do very light sparring or what?
