Dude you're young and have a high metabolism it's pretty common. Just keep doing what you're doing and have patience. As long as you aren't starting to plateau in what you're actually lifting you're still getting stronger.

Being shorter and already very skinny usually means you're gonna have an initial large rate of growth before you start to plateau. That kind of growth for tall skinny guys with a high metabolism isn't the same.

you're the one doing something simple so incredibly wrong, or incredibly bad but still can't improve it

I went from 58kg dyel to 69kg within 6-12 months. Just eat way more than what you think is enough OR be very fucking precise with calories and protein, and if you eat like a retard thinking it's enough with 2800 cals "I don't weigh I just count in my head" then there's your problem.

It's not that hard. Give it 2-4 months and there should be a difference enough to see if it works or not. Trust me, I was small but still incredible metabolism that made me not go over 60kg until I actually lifted proper and ate fucktons

If you want to jack that, then just ride the rowing machine one day, and do squats the next. You'll start bulking. Then build up cardio. Alternate, or do them both when capable.

You're just at the plateau when it comes to gaining weight, which you hit pretty hard when you're young, have a high metabolism, and tall. It's gonna suck for awhile but if you stick with it once you hit your mid 20's you're gonna be pretty ripped. I was pretty much the same way. Again as long as you're still getting stronger , you are building muscle. Muscle is extremely dense my guy , for tall guys you already have a lot of lean mass and because you body overall has more surface area it doesn't build up as fast or noticeably though you are actually getting stronger and building more muscle mass.

Yeah he's gonna make progress for sure, it's just that tall skinny guys especially when they're young hit that plateau pretty early. They are gaining muscle mass but because they're taller and already have a lot of lean mass to begin with , the gain in muscle mass a lot less noticable both on the scale and just visually. What matters is just being able to increase what weight he's lifting on a consistent basis, it's just gonna take a lot longer for the changes to be noticeable.

This. Don't overdue it bulking up. You want lean. We tend to turn all the muscle into fat when we get older, and it's a pain in the ass to keep the cardio regiment up to counter it.

I hope you understand that there are people all over the world that just LOVE skinny guys. They go out of their way to find skinny guys. If you're not sickly or weak, there's a thousand fat-asses that are wishing they were you. You can run up three flights of stairs while they're still on the first.
