There are many ways to answer this question. Foreskin requires regular maintenance, basically increasing the cleaning routine just a little since dirt and debris can hide under it. There is only maybe two benefits to having foreskin over not that I can think of.

> There are nerves around the Frenulum that can make the underside of the penis extremely sensitive to touch. This bundle of nerves can be folded with the foreskin and unfolded at will, creating many unique opportunities for enhanced sensation.

Circumcision can damage these nerves, lowering sensation. Some circumcisions are medically necessary however. The frenulum can be too short for some people and this causes the penis to curve or worse makes it painful to be erect as it pulls against the nerve bundles.
